Description
The Carrier HH83XB410 circuit breaker is an electric safety device that is installed in different HVAC equipment to protect electrical circuits from failures. It uses both hydraulic and magnetic procedures to shut down the current circulation due to overloading or short-circuiting. The breaker contains a bimetallic strip that gets hot and opens the breaker during continued overcurrent conditions. Also, an electromagnet responds to any change in current, especially sudden change and will cut off current flow. Intended for screw terminal connection, it works at 50/60 Hz. Measuring only 16.5 x 12 x 3.7 inches, it can be easily installed in HVAC systems.
