Description
The Carrier HT32TC201 is a Crankcase Heater, a heating element for Carrier HVAC systems, most often for compressors. This essential component fits closely around the cylindrical crankcase to avoid extremely low temperatures during the operation of the engine. Lukewarm crankcases can result in low efficiency and even some wear on the compressor. They use a normal electrical system of 50/60 Hz and are built with high-quality materials to enable them to work in extreme conditions. It also assuress compatibility with specific Carrier units. It is also found that controlling the crankcase temperature can enhance the performance of the Carrier HVAC system.
