Description
The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) MK-8811 Pneumatic Valve Actuator uses air pressure to position valves through the conversion of mechanical movement. It runs on a 5-10 PSI range, but operates on a diaphragm system to adjust the position of the valve in response to pneumatic signals. It has a NEMA 1 enclosure and 1/8 inch NPT connection, which allows it to be integrated into control air lines. Applied in control assemblies and typically applied in HVAC systems, including air handling units and hydronic systems, it allows precise flow control, provides stable operation and provides reliable response to changing control conditions.
