Description
The Trane MOD0757 is a control equipment that is intended to monitor voltage in a 3-phase electrical power system. There is three phase power that is normally employed in commercial and industrial organization to transmit higher power to the equipment. All three phases have the AC supply, and the voltage difference between the phases and the neutral ground should be equal. The MOD0757 monitors these voltage levels as well. The monitor can act if any of the phases experience an abnormal voltage. The exact response will depend on how it’s wired into the system but could include turning off equipment, sending an alarm signal or feeding information into building management systems.
