The Carrier P502-8415 Filter Drier is an essential component of HVAC systems that is responsible for the removal of moisture, acids and solid contaminants from refrigerants. Its composition consists of compacted bead and solid copper connection and contains a desiccant blend of 25% activated alumina and 75% molecular sieve. Equipped with a liquid line Uni-Flo design and flare connection types, it effectively removes impurities from refrigerants including R-134a, R-22, R-404A, R-410A and R-507A.
