Description
The Johnson Controls DPT2671-001D-D Differential Pressure Transducer is used in HVAC systems to measure the pressure difference in two points in an air duct. This pressure difference is essential to guarantee correct flow in the whole system. This converts the pressure that can vary from 0 to 1″ of the water column to a 4 to 20 mA electrical signal. This signal is recognized by most building control systems and enables them to control the airflow throughout the building. The transducer also incorporates an easy-to-read LCD for direct pressure measurement during installation or diagnostics. This differential pressure is used to measure and control the airflow within an HVAC system to create the best conditions.
