Description
The Armstrong Furnace R41811-001 Cleanout Cover is an access component designed to seal and protect the cleanout opening within heating equipment. The cover is placed over the specified service opening of the heat exchanger or flue passage to enable internal space to be closed yet still accessible to inspection and maintenance processes. Its location above the cleanout port assists in ensuring that there is a correct airflow containment and combustion pathway integrity when it is in operation in HVAC systems. It is located on the furnace cabinet or heat exchanger access section and it holds the opening and to ensure that internal combustion and exhaust pathways are enclosed properly.
