Description
The Cleveland Controls RFS-4001 SPDT Differential Pressure Switch is used in the HVAC systems to control and monitor airflow. It works with the principle of pressure difference across a particular point like a filter or damper. This pressure differential is then compared with a setpoint and if the pressure measured is either higher or lower than the setpoint a switch turns on or off an electrical circuit. This action can cause alarms, start the fan speed control, or control other HVAC components. The features an SPDT switch configuration and is capable of controlling two different circuits depending on the pressure difference.
