- ACCUFORM Ball Valve Lockout 0.375-1.25″
- Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machines and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
- Works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to pipe and secures with padlock (not included)
- Includes label printed with OSHA Danger header and message that reads LOCKED OUT with space to write more information as needed
- Fits 3/8″ – 1 1/4″ Ball Valve and handle up to 5/8″ W x 1/4″ thick (approximate overall size: 3 1/8″ x 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″.)
