The Resideo S8910U3000 Universal Hot Surface Ignition Module is a universal and therefore highly versatile ignition module that is suitable for HVAC applications and is particularly suitable for hot surface pilot ignition applications. It has direct hot surface ignition, which enables easy and fast lighting of gas furnaces and heat systems. This module operates at 24 VAC and has ignition trial times of 4-7 seconds depending on the system requirements. The S8910U3000 also has the advantage of efficiency with the two major heating requirements such as natural gas and LPG. The purge cycle in the module is 32 seconds before purge and 64 seconds between the purges to improve safety as the chamber needs to be free of any gas before ignition.
