Description
The Johnson Controls T-8000-2421 Proportional Thermostat Capillary 25Ft is an elaborate remote temperature sensor aimed at precise control in HVAC systems. Used for temperature control applications where the temperature-sensitive device needs to be located at a significant distance from the controlled application, the unit is equipped with a 25 ft stainless steel capillary. This thermostat is present contained in a capillary tube that contains a fluid that is invariable of heat. At some certain temperature the fluid either increases or decreases its volume exerting pressure on a diaphragm or a piston of the thermostat. Then the mechanical operation alters the related HVAC equipment to maintain the right temperature as controlled earlier.
