Description
The Trane VAL7450 is a 2-way, 2-position brass valve for use in Trane HVAC systems handling chilled or hot water up to 60% glycol mix. The compact valve is only 2.35″ tall and 2.6″ long and is ideal for tight spaces. The sweat connection type is secure and easy to braze into copper pipes. VAL7450 has a flow capacity of 2.3 Cv, suitable for controlling water flow in different HVAC applications. When combined with a compatible electrical actuator sold separately, the valve can be remotely controlled to automatically control water flow in your Trane system. It’s built with durable brass and EPDM rubber seals and is constructed to operate at temperatures from 34°F to 200°F and pressures up to 300 psi.
