Description
The Johnson Controls VFC-030HB-001N is a 3-way, normally closed, spring-return butterfly valve assembly designed for HVAC systems for accurate control of the fluid. It is more like a valve controlling traffic in two opposite directions. The conventional state of the valve is closed, and that is how it is expected to remain most of the time. It opens when it receives an air pressure signal from the pneumatic actuator, hence allowing flow. The spring-return feature guarantees the valve closes as soon as the air pressure signal is withdrawn. Dubbing its maximum pressure at 175 PSI, it can be used in numerous HVAC operations.
