The Resideo VU843A1020 is a robust two-position actuator ideal for VU53 N/C valve bodies and VU52, VU53, and VU54 fan coil valves. This actuator is powered by 24V AC and is a spring return type with a response time of only 4 seconds. It is ideal in controlling 2 way NC valves, heat and cool systems that help in the right AC control of airflow and temperatures.
