Description
The Wayne Combustion 62246-004 Gas Valve used to provide proper control of gas flow for safe and efficient operation of the HVAC systems. It controls the pressure of gas supply into the burner at 3.5 inches of water column. It is opened and closed with the help of a 24V power supply to ensure the combustion chamber. Intended for furnaces, boilers, and heaters, it has a 1/2” inlet and a 3/4” outlet for better gas flow. This valve increases safety in the system, optimizes energy consumption, and provides stable flame operation for longevity.
