Description
The International Environmental 70300204 Heater Assembly provides supplemental electric resistance heating in fan coil and terminal air handling units. Installed inside the supply discharge duct or cabinet casing in HVAC systems, the assembly consists of a 1kW heating element connected for a 277V power supply. When room thermostats signal for heat, internal relay contacts energize the resistive coils to transfer thermal energy directly to passing airstreams. Generating electric resistance heat raises supply air temperatures quickly, satisfies localized thermal demands, and supports efficient space heating during freezing processes.
