The Resideo ERM5220R1018 is a wireless communication bridge that is intended to simplify HVAC system installs. This small module operates from a standard 24 VAC power supply while being resistant to up to 99% relative humidity. It does away with the need to pull additional cables between your thermostat and other HVAC components such as a compressor or boiler. This results in faster, easier, and less invasive installs. Through the wireless connection of these components, the ERM enhances system productivity without exposing homes to risks of damage from excessive wiring or drilling.
