Description
The Field Controls 46120002 Air Booster AB-8 is an in-line fan that is driven by a motor, which is used to enhance airflow within HVAC systems where the movement of air is hindered by the presence of a static pressure. It has a motorized in increasing air volume to around 425 cubic feet per minute, and sustains design airflow by use of registers and grilles. It is installed in 8-inch round ducts in residential or light commercial systems and is used with furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation ducts to facilitate balanced distribution.
