Description
The Carrier 337316-702 Compressor-Solenoid Plug is a small part of Carrier HVAC systems but is of significant its main is in controlling the flow of refrigerants of the compressor. This solenoid plug works in the same manner as an electric valve. An internal coil when energized produces a magnetic field that in turn opens the valve and refrigerant flows through it. On the other hand when de-energized the magnetic field disappears and the valve is closed and the refrigerant flow ceases.
