The BASO Gas Products C664BBA-1C Intermittent Pilot Ignition Control for proper ignition in different HVAC systems. This 24V control has a 4-second pre-burn time to flush out any remaining gas and an 8-second test for ignition, to minimize the risk of fire during the starting process. It works on the principle of creating a spark to kindle a tiny fireball which immediately ignites a pilot flame and then sets fire to the primary burner.
