Description
The Trane FLG0258 is a Thermal Expansion Valve set of flanges designed for use in Trane air conditioners only. These flanges which are about 4.88 inches in length are available in two sizes; 5/8 inch for the inlet and 7/8 inch for the exit. It is resistant to pressures of up to 750 PSI and temperatures of 40-100 degrees F. They act as intermediate centers that can firmly and securely connect the TXV with the refrigerant line of the air conditioner without any possibility of leakage. The TXV itself is an essentialcomponent of the system through which the refrigerant must flow to be cooled.
