Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 8075821 3-Wire Defrost Terminal/Fan Delay is an electrical control component used to combine defrost termination and fan delay. It operates by sensing temperature and controlling when the defrost cycle ends and when the evaporator fan restarts. The Klixon monitor is fitted to the evaporator coil area and reacts to the coil conditions and transmits signals to the control circuitry. It can be used to prevent short-cycling of the fan by controlling defrost termination and fan-off delay, and facilitate efficient frost removal when the defrost is running.
