Description
Palmgren’s new bench vise looks different for a reason. It is built different than all other vises. The unique shaped body houses the straight-line pull, super strong power tunnel that assures that the spindle and nut will never wear out. The entire vise is made of 65,000 PSI ductile iron – coupled with our exclusive manufacturing process of the body and nut delivers a vise that is 50 percent stronger than all gray iron vises and 20 percent stronger than competitive ductile iron vises. Palmgren vises are built for performance and endurance to handle any of your workholding requirements.Straight line power tunnel design – unbreakable spindle & nut with increased clamping powerEnclosed construction keeps lubrication in & contaminants out, making it ideal for both indoor & outdoor useHardened replaceable steel jaw inserts ensures positive holdHardened replaceable steel self-centering pipe jaws hold round materials securelyExtra deep throat gives you more working room where it countsPrecision slide bar machined for a .002″ fitOversized machined anvil provides structural integrity and consistent properties of toughness and hardness for greater working areaULTRA STRONG, the entire vise is made of 65,000 PSI ductile iron – coupled with our exclusive manufacturing process of the body and nut delivers a vise that is 50% stronger than all gray iron vises and 20% stronger than competitive ductile iron visesLocking swivel base with 360 degree rotation enhanced by double lockdowns for non-slip hold in any positionAnvil Length x Width3-5/8″ x 7″Bench Vise TypeCombination Pipe and BenchCountry of OriginTWJaw Opening9″Jaw Width8-1/2″MaterialSteelOverall Dimensions (LxWxH)21″ x 12″ 10″Pipe Jaw Capacities1/4 – 3-1/2 “Throat Capacity4″Vise MaterialDuctileVise TypeBench VisesWarrantyLimited LifetimeUPC726896297583Unit of MeasureEachProduct Height (in)13.5Product Length (in)24Product Width (in)12.25Product Weight (lbs)105
