The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 058681 11-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve is a high-capacity component that is suitable for refrigeration and HVAC systems applications. This TXV having a 7/8” and 1 1/8” connection, 5-foot capillary tube, and 11-tons of capacity, regulates the flow of refrigerant to the evaporator accurately, it measures the temperature and regulates the opening of its valve to realize the proper flow of refrigerant. This results in increased system efficiency, less energy utilization, higher cooling capacity, and generally better performance of the system.
