The Lennox 10A85 is a control element that is essential in Lennox natural gas-fired furnaces. This valve is not basic on/off type of valve for the flow of gas from one location to another. This is a 2 stage Natural Gas Valve with 1/2-Inch NPT for better control of the heating capacity. This is not a typical single-stage valve because it boasts two stages of gas flow. This helps ensure that your furnace can run in the minimum heating status during such conditions which in the process increases efficiency. When necessary, it can go to the next stage to provide full heat output of the stove.
