The Lennox 12U70 is a condenser motor that has variable speed and is meant to provide efficiency and durability to your HVAC system. In contrast with the basic single-speed motors, this motor can control its speed (from 300 to 1200 RPM) depending on the cooling requirements. This motor is a 1/3 HP single-phase motor that operates on a 208-230 volt power supply and is designed for vertical mounting with stud type base. It is specially built for heat pumps and air conditioners, it is quite enduring, comes with a cast-iron frame, and ball bearings, and has a 2.17″ shaft length.
