Description
The Lennox Y4152 is part of the Lennox HVAC systems and an integral furnace upgrade kit. It is a combination of two major parts, a 2 stage Hot Surface Igniter and a Variable Speed Electronically Commutated Motor kit. The HSI igniter has a silicon nitride electrode for reliable gas ignition, and the ECM motor controls the airflow with precision to achieve efficient temperature control. It performs this two stage operation, delivering high heat for cold startups and low heat for comfort maintaining, thereby potentially reducing energy consumption.
