Description
The Lennox 49M62 is a split taper bushing, a fitting used in different HVAC systems to connect shaft and hub of different sizes. It has a wedging action whereby it has a taper inside to fit into a taper hole on the shaft and hub. This wedging action engages the components, thus helping transfer torque and rotation efficiently.
