The Resideo AM100R-UP-1 Union ProPress Mixing Valve is designed for heating systems only. It comes with a 1/2″ connection size and Union ProPress fittings making it easy to install with no need for other tools or sealants. This mixing valve has a flow coefficient of 3.9 Cv, which makes it possible to achieve control of the water temperature and flow within the heating system. It uses hot and cold water to keep the temperatures constant and safe hence ensuring the better heating. Since it enhances the effectiveness and stability of the heating systems, this makes it appropriate for both civil and industrial uses.
