The Lennox 12J55 is a 1 phase Electronically Commutated Motor for use in Lennox compatible HVAC systems. Unlike traditional AC motors, ECMS are more efficient, quieter and run at variable speed. Lower energy consumption, better comfort from consistent airflow, quieter operation. The 12J55 runs at 1100 RPM with a maximum speed of 1100 RPM at 3/4 horsepower. It runs on a standard 60Hz single phase electrical system and draws 6.8 amps of current. This efficient motor will keep your home comfortable and your energy costs will be low.
