Description
The Cleveland Controls AFS-951 SPDT Air Sensing Switch measures air pressure and airflow conditions and can be used to provide protection control of units in HVAC systems. It can sense the change in pressure and switch depending on the variation in airflow with an adjustable range of 0.05 to 12 inches water column. It uses a diaphragm-based sensing element which activates an SPDT snap-action contact to ensure dependable response. It is mounted on flat surfaces and is connected by tubing to air ducts and is integrated with control circuits. Its operation assists in checking airflow, and aids in secure equipment sequencing.
