Description
The Amana-Goodman 0131M00433S is a replacement condenser motor intended exclusively for Amana-Goodman air conditioners and heat pumps with 460-volt electrical systems. The electrical supply provides 460 volts of AC power to the motor. This electrical energy is transformed by the motor into mechanical energy, which causes the motor shaft to rotate at 1050 revolutions per minute. A fan blade assembly within the outdoor unit is attached to the motor shaft. The fan blades rotate quickly as the shaft turns. Through the intake grille of the unit, outside air is drawn in by the revolving fan blades. After that, the hot refrigerant-filled condenser coils are subjected to forceful airflow.
