Description
The ASCO HV216585-1 is a cable-operated valve that is suitable for use in a wide range of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and light industrial applications. With the use of a cable mechanism, this valve provides remote control over fluid or gas flow via pipes, enhancing placement flexibility and safety. Consider a cable-operated valve that would be perfect in scenarios where direct access could be risky or problematic. The HV216585-1 operates via a straightforward system. By pulling the cable, an internal cam is triggered, opening the valve and permitting flow. By reversing the cam position and shutting the valve, releasing the cable stops the flow.
