Description
The BASO Gas Products J996MDA-2 Pilot Burner 6 Tip is a gas ignition component used to create and maintain a small, stable pilot flame for burner ignition in heating systems. It works by directing a controlled flow of gas through an orifice, where it is ignited to produce a consistent pilot flame for safe blaze operation. It is installed at the burner assembly near the main combustion area to ensure flame sensing and standard rotary support. By providing a steady pilot source, it improves cylinder reliability, enhances combustion safety, and supports stable heating performance in HVAC systems.
