The Baso Gas Products H15DA-3 Auto Pilot Valve with Bushings is an essential safety component in HVAC systems that use a standing pilot light, such as gas furnaces and boilers. This 3/4-inch valve, made of durable aluminum, automatically controls and turns off the gas supply to the pilot and main burners if the flame is extinguished. NPT threads provide secure connections. It operates at a low intake pressure of 0.5 psi and can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°F to 175°F. The H15DA-3 has a built-in thermocouple that detects heat from the pilot flame. If the one 1flame goes out, the thermocouple cools and the valve immediately turns off the gas supply, preventing a potentially deadly gas leak. This automated safety function gives assistance.
