Description
The Carrier 48VL400050 Flue Box Cover offers an integral part of your Carrier HVAC system and operates in gas furnaces. It is a steel cover placed on the flue box which is the compartment through which the exhaust gases generated by the furnace are expelled out of your house. The flue box ventilation directs the flow of the exhaust and also prevents it from blowing back into the structure. Furthermore, it helps protect the flue box from getting dirty and also can improve the appearance of your furnace. If you want the precise proportions, please refer to the manual of your furnace.
