Description
Carrier EA36UZ104 TXV is expansion valve specialized for climate control in HVAC appliances, where R–410A refrigeration is applied. Constructed out of bi-metal, it self-adjusts and opens or closes refrigerant flow depending with the temperature changes on the evaporator coil. Through keeping the desired temperature and pressure within the system, the TXV increases efficiency and reduces the risk of having the evaporator coils freeze up, which would be a sure calamity to any system. Despite the fact that the TXV is quite compact, being 4.5 inches in length, 3.2 inches in width, and 2.4 inches in height, it is an essential component of HVAC systems.
