The Carrier EA36YD101 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) Kit is designed for the R-410A refrigerant system that is common in Carrier air conditioning and heat pump systems. The TXV depends on the variation of temperature and opens or closes to adjust the flow of refrigerant to meet cooling requirements.
