Description
The Carrier HC37CE240 motor is an endurance part in numerous Carrier HVAC products, which is specifically intended for constant use. This single phase motor outputs a consistent 1/15 horsepower with a selectable two-speed of 850 RPM. Permanent split capacitor (PSC) motors such as the HC37CE240 are characterized by low noise and high efficiency. Sleeve bearings reduce friction and the motor dimensions of 14.4”W x 8.7”H x 8.7”D allow it to fit most Carrier HVAC systems. The 0.5″ diameter shaft with a 1.8″ x 4″ keyway makes a connection to the driven component within the HVAC system easy.
