The Carrier HH18HV100 Auto Limit Switch is an essential safety device in HVAC systems that is used mainly to regulate the temperature of the system. Measuring 2” x 2.25” x 1”, this compact switch works better in temperatures of 90°F to 100°F. If temperatures go higher than this safe level, it self-power off the system to ensure the protection of the equipment from heat. Standard in Carrier furnaces, this switch improves the system’s dependability and performance. Since it is exempt from a Prop 65 warning, it is free of hazardous substances.
