Description
The Carrier HH680502 is an automatic limit switch, are used in residential furnaces and other HVAC equipment for safety. This is a guardian of overheating because it measures the air temperature within the system. When the signal rises, indicating that the temperature rises to the point that to a fix set amount (normally in the 90 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit mark), switch off automatically to protect the heater and also to secure the security. This limit switch automatically stops heating your furnace if overheated giving you safe and reliable operation of you HVAC system.
