The Carrier HK42ER236 Motor Module is a component of numerous Carrier HVAC systems especially those intended for commercial and industrial use. It has dimensions of 5.6 x 5.6 x 1.9 inches and houses a 1/3 horsepower Electronically Commutated Motor (ECM). As compared to regular motors, ECMs provide more effectiveness and variable frequency control of speed (50/60 Hz). It is powered by a voltage of 208-240V and turns in the counterclockwise direction.
