Description
The Carrier HN61KK912 is an essential part of Carrier HVAC systems referred to as a relay. It works like a switch but unlike the latter it is electrically operated. A control signal is received by an electromagnetic coil in the relay. When energised, the coil produces a magnetic field that moves the relay internal contacts thus making or breaking an electrical circuit, the HN61KK912 relay operates with the help of signals from the control board to control power to different components of the HVAC system such as compressors, motors and solenoids.
