Description
The Carrier HR61AQ001 Disconnect is a safety switch for three-phase HVAC equipment. It serves the purpose of a high voltage electrical disconnecting point where the supply is isolated for maintenance or service. This affords the technicians protection when they are carrying out their repair and serviicing sessions so that they do not come across with live wires accidentally. It is rated for use in voltages of between 200 and 600 volts and has a current rating of up to 80 amps, thus suitable for different three-phase HVAC systems. The bright gray color makes it easier to see that the disconnect is off and adds to safety.
