The Carrier HT32CH211 is a Crankcase Heater, a heating element for Carrier HVAC systems, which are mostly compressors. This essential component fits closely around the cylindrical crankcase to avoid extremely low temperatures during operation. Cold crankcases can cause loss of efficiency and possibly strain on the compressor of the vehicle. It operates on the normal 50/60 Hz electrical supply and is constructed from high-grade materials that can endure different conditions. It is irregular in shape, it has to be compatible with the designated Carrier units. It can also increase the efficiency of the Carrier HVAC system through proper crankcase temperature.
