Description
The Carrier KH43LG093 Liquid Line Filter Drier is an accessory used in HVAC systems. It safeguards the system because it removes debris and moisture from the refrigerant that circulates within the system. These are due to moisture that causes corrosion and freeze-up leading to low efficiency and system damage. The filter drier uses a desiccant material to remove the moisture and the filter helps remove any particles that may cause valves to become blocked or damage the compressor. This filter drier is intended for the liquid side of the refrigeration system. It has sweat connections that need soldering during installation and not brazing. The compact unit is about 5.29” long and has 3/8” inlet and outlet ports.
