Description
The Carrier KT63ZZ098 Ball-Bearing Pillow Block used to minimize friction on a rotating shaft and to withstand radial loads in your HVAC system. It is also of cast or malleable iron for strength and durability and is of gray colour. The bearing itself is a ball bearing, meaning that spheres are to allow smooth rotation with relatively low friction. The pillow block component is a housing for the bearing, which means that the bearing can easily be fixed on a firm surface. It has a bore diameter of 1 3/16” and thus compatible with the common shafts in HVAC equipment such as fans.
