Description
The Grundfos 59896775 Up15-29Su is a small, single-phase circulator pump designed primarily for various HVAC. At 115 volts, this 1/12 horsepower pump runs smoothly. Its sturdy stainless steel structure protects it from corrosion and hard conditions. It functions by using a wet rotor design, in which the fluid being circulated is immediately submerged in the impeller. This design operates quietly and removes the need for a separate shaft seal, which reduces maintenance requirements. The Grundfos 59896775 Up15-29Su is often used in hydronic heating systems, where it efficiently circulates water around the system to give heat to different areas of a structure. Other closed-loop circulation applications, such chilled water and hot water systems for homes, can also benefit from its use.
