Description
The Johnson Controls DPM18A-603R Diaphragm Kit is a repair product for HVAC systems. This comprehensive kit is a replacement diaphragm membrane, probably made from rubber for flexibility and some other metal parts for sturdiness. It comes with extra pieces such as O-rings and seals, so the repair is a total one. Although the particular HVAC equipment for which this kit is intended is not specified, diaphragms are usually used in pressure regulators or valves. Replacing the diaphragm and, if necessary, the seals, with this all-in-one kit, you can achieve normal operation and maintain high efficiency throughout a temperature range of -40 to 200 F. This repair kit can be a more economical solution compared to the replacement of the entire valve and contributes to the achievement of the best efficiency within HVAC equipment.
