Description
The Johnson Controls DPT2640-R25D is shaft mounted, differential pressure transducer manufactured to work with HVAC systems. It is the determination of the pressure variation between two points in a duct or across a filter. This pressure difference is then converted into a 0-5 volt DC electrical signal for easy reading by the control system. This electrical signal can be easily interpreted by the building automation systems and the controllers. Launched on these are systems that make use of this information to control and regulate the airflow within the building structure. This makes it possible to maintain the required volumes of conditioned air in the building as is required.
